Ravi Subramanian

Ravi Subramanian is the Chairman of Silverline Technologies, Ltd., an IT and BPO services company listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange. He has over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience in successful business ventures in India and the US. His business ventures have spanned from industrial fabrics used in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries to electronic products, personal computers and computer software. Mr. Subramanian is a graduate of Bombay University where he studied accounting and business.

Kumar Subramanian
Founder, Vice Chairman and Director

Kumar Subramanian, 44, has over a decade of rich experience in managing international IT business. He has a B.S. in Statistics degree from University of Mumbai with a post graduation qualification in Computer Science. Spanning a career that started as a Programmer, he became an entrepreneur starting his own software company providing turnkey solutions to leading Indian business houses in Western India- which later through business relations lead to software exports from India.

Kumar is also actively involved in charitable and social organizations in India. His organization Society of Improvement of Greenery and Nature (sigNATURE) of which he is the founder chairman, the Mission of which is to Add Value to Life has under taken its maiden project at the Breach Candy Seafront for development of a Senior Citizens / Children’s Park. The goal of this organization is to serve the society and become nationwide few years down the line.

Mohan Subramanian
Director

Mohan Subramanian, 49, is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 15 years of rich experience in managing IT business. He is an Arts Graduate from University of Bombay. He started his career in trading business –textile business outfit and envisaging the future trends in business worldwide. He decided to join the Board of his own company-Silverline Technologies, providing turnkey solutions to leading Indian business houses.

Mohan is a visionary and an able administrator. He has personally planned and executed the construction of the two huge software technology parks. It was his foresight that enabled Silverline to be amongst the first few companies in India to have its hi-tech development facilities in place before the rest.

Mohan is a responsible and noble citizen and is also actively involved in charitable and social organizations in India.

Jagdish Gandhi
Director

Jagdish Gandhi has a distinguished career spanning over four decades of global experience. Starting his career with a corrugated paper packaging plant of a Japanese company, Jagdish’s had an experience of over 20 years in the Petrochemicals and Paper Industry. Over the last 8 years, he has been a global consultant and financial advisor to overseas ventures in India.

In addition to being in the Advisory Board of Silverline Technologies, Jagdish is a director in a number of companies including Itachi Hi Strength – Hypo Ltd, Kurnool – Andhra Pradesh, Atco Industries Ltd – Mumbai – Maharshtra, Shetron Ltd, Bangalore – Karnataka, Fibre Foils Ltd –Mumbai – Maharashtra, N.K Proteins Ltd. – Ahmedabad – Gujarat.

Jagdish has a Diploma in Corporate Governance at St. Gallen University, Switzerland.
