Your Silverline products are guaranteed for 2 years. You can use this service by calling our center and our nearby service point if there is a problem with your products during the warranty period, or by filling out the "Call a service" form on our website. If the fault is caused by the product or production, you may receive maintenance and repair services at no cost..
Free Installation
We provide free service for the installation of your new Silverline products. Just call our hotline or authorized service point! Let us know the place and time of installation and we'll take care of the rest.
-Products for which we cannot provide free installation services: Sinks, Faucets and Accessories
Free Shipping
It is so easy to take the new generation of culinary enjoyment home! Choose and buy the desired product and leave the rest to us.
We collect the products you purchased from the point of sale and deliver them to your door with authorized service vehicles and personnel.
-Our products that cannot be moved alone: Hob, Aspirator, Fryer
-We are unable to provide shipping services for Sinks, Faucets, Garbage Disposal Units, Refrigerators and Heating Drawers.
-We may offer services for refrigerators according to the suitability of the vehicles at our service points. Our service points which do not have appropriate vehicles are not obliged to ship refrigerators.
-We are able to provide this service to addresses within 20 kilometers.
-We are unable to provide this service in bulk assembly operations. Call the hotline for areas where our service is available.
Late Service
We are fully aware of the importance of time in modern life. That is why we work to make your life easier with our technologies as well as our services.
You can call our hotline for assembly, maintenance and repair services between 20.00 and 23.00 hours outside the normal working hours on weekdays.
-This service is available in the city centers or districts where we have a service point.
-It is not available for sink and faucet products or bulk assembly operations.
-It cannot be combined with the free shipping service.
Free Inspection
You bought a product from Silverline, but you have questions about the installation location and infrastructure... At this point, we are at your side with our free inspection service. We visit you to determine whether your kitchen has the necessary infrastructure and advise you on what needs to be done.
