What should be the diameter of the hood chimney (in mm)?
The hood chimney should have a diameter of 120 mm or 150 mm depending on the model (please refer to product specifications).
-
What should be the distance between the hood and the hob?
If you are using a gas hob, the minimum distance between the hob grid and the hood should be 65 cm; if you are using an electric hob, it should be 55 cm. For vent hoods, the minimum distance should be 55 cm for gas hobs and 45 cm for electric hobs.
-
What should I do to use the hood efficiently?
Do not leave any windows open in the kitchen while your hood is running. Otherwise, the open window will remove the low pressure and therefore negatively affect the performance of the hood.
To eliminate the steam in the kitchen in the most efficient way, turn on the hood when you are starting to cook and turn it off after you have finished cooking.
For maximum performance, do not leave the filter’s glass lid open during cooking. This way, you can optimize energy consumption, reduce noise and increase extraction efficiency.
For the best results, purchase a hood that has the same width as your hob.
Keep the installation of the chimney as short as possible and make sure that the inclination is small on the chimney to ensure high extraction capacity and lower noise levels. -
How should I clean my hood?
If you do not clean stains and oil spots for a long time, they will be extremely hard to remove after a while. For this reason, you can use non-abrasive detergent and a small, damp cloth to clean the hood surface after every use.
You can use the cleaning agents recommended by our authorized service providers to clean the inner surfaces of the product. (Please do not interfere with the inside of the motor or cable assemblies.)

Before cooking, remove the trays and preheat the empty oven for 15 to 20 minutes until it reaches a certain temperature. Preheating ensures better efficiency as you will be placing your meal in a hot oven.
For ideal results, select the cooking function and temperature that best suits the content of the meal.
If you open the oven door frequently while meals are cooking, cold air will enter the oven, resulting in energy loss. Therefore, please open the oven door as few times as possible during cooking. -
